Shyness - Tips For “Curing” Yours

Ok. Let’s finish up your anti-shyness training. (As I said before, I ended up taking the “full tour” - from no girlfriends, to TOO MANY girlfriends! You can read all about that here on my jewish dating service blog - more on that later.)
There are a few points you need to know, before you start the Stepwise process:
1) When you see a woman walking towards you, or when you approach a woman: Don’t think. Act!
You know what you’re supposed to do, and you know it’s easy. Don’t hesitate and give yourself a chance to think about all the things that “could go wrong”. Just do it.
2) Once in a blue moon, you’ll get a “negative” response.
Nothing terrible. Just a scowl from some woman, who just learned that her boss passed her over for promotion, for some blond bimbo in the next cubicle.
Don’t let it get you down. A negative response is HER problem - not yours.
3) Only approach a woman, after you’ve made eye contact.
Always let her see you coming. If not, you might surprise her - and that is NEVER a good thing.
4) Don’t do too much, too fast.
Many guys, having tasted some success, try to move forward to quickly. In order to truly succeed, you have to postpone some of the rewards, and do the work first.
Think of this as simply learning a new skill. You need lots of practice, and you have to make sure you’ve mastered THIS level, before moving on to the NEXT level.
Finally, realize why this “volume approach” works: It’s much better to try to talk to two dozen women for 5 minutes each; than to try to talk to one woman for an hour. It’s easier to succeed with a simple 5-minute conversation, plus you’ll learn a lot more about women from having talked to 24 of them, than talking to one.
